Axiolume receives the fields you submit through these forms. Optional analytics is separate and does not use the values you enter here. Please do not include sensitive medical records or private health details in a message.

Why Axiolume uses it
Each submission has a clear purpose.
The information supports the specific experience you choose. When you allow analytics, broad page-view and navigation patterns help Axiolume understand which educational pages are useful. It is not used to turn an educational page into a medical service.

Where submissions are managed
Axiolume uses Buildy Contacts for these submissions.
When you submit either form, the relevant information is saved through Buildy Contacts, the managed contact list connected to this website. Axiolume reviews contact inquiries there rather than promising an email notification.
Optional Google Analytics is described below. It starts only after you choose “Allow analytics,” and the site stores that choice locally so the notice does not repeat on every page.
Optional analytics
Understand the site in aggregate.
Axiolume uses Google Analytics 4 only when you allow it. The measurement is intended to show broad patterns, such as which pages are read and how visitors move through the site.
What Google Analytics may receive
Page views and navigation paths, plus general device, browser, and referral information. The site sends the current path and query string for each page view. After you allow analytics, Axiolume may also record aggregate affiliate_click events for activated Refined Biolabs links. Each event contains only the current Axiolume pathname, content type, topic, placement, partner, and visible CTA wording, with no query parameters in the pathname. Google Analytics may use its own cookies or similar browser storage after you allow it.
What Axiolume does not send
Axiolume does not send names, email addresses, form contents, contact messages, health information, or user IDs to Google Analytics. Affiliate click measurement does not include names, email addresses, form contents, contact messages, health information, or user IDs either. Axiolume does not enable advertising, remarketing, cross-site profiling, or personalized advertising through this analytics setup.
You can decline before analytics starts or reopen this choice later. Changing your choice stops future tracking; it does not erase data already collected.
External links and referral parameters
A referral parameter can explain where a visit came from.
If Axiolume uses an approved external resource link with referral parameters, the destination may receive those parameters to identify the referring source or support affiliate attribution.
